What benefits do I get from following a Phased Marathon Plan?

It allows you plenty of time to ‘marathon-proof’ your body ahead of the demandingĀ marathon-specific training. This will protect you from show-stopping injury or burnout, increase the likelihood of you achieving your marathon goal, and make your training more manageable in the later stages.

How does the Planning Call set me up for success?

In this 30 minute session, we’ll agree a stretching yet achievable marathon goalĀ based on your running history and recent race performances. We’ll also discuss your availability to train and your training preferences, so that I can personalise your plan to make itĀ effective, efficient and enjoyable!

What makes the Training Plan and Log so special?

Rather than being somebody else’s prescriptive plan, it’s personalised to your needs based on the planning call. You can also track and log your progress, make adjustments as circumstances change and even reuse the scheduler toolĀ for future campaigns!

What added value do I get from the Marathon Time Breakthrough Online Course?

The videos, audio and mind maps guideĀ you through my simple yet powerful 5-step blueprint forĀ optimum marathon preparation and training, and ensure you perform at your best on the big day itself. Having covered all these essentials, we can dial into more specific and personalised coaching on the calls.

Is the Email Support really Unlimited?

Yes! You can giveĀ and receive feedback on any of your workouts and get quick adviceĀ on any adjustments you may need to make to your plan if and when circumstances change. I also provide technical support for your Training Plan and LogĀ and answer any questions you have on the Marathon Time Breakthrough Online Course. In normal working periods, expect a response within 24 hours.Ā More in-depth coaching is provided on the calls.

Are Coaching Calls really Unlimited for the Premium Package?

Yes! IĀ believe that committed marathon runners should have the option to get onĀ a call with me anytime they have an issue they want direct, in-person help with.

What happens if I'm forced to take a break from training through illness, injury, other commitments etc.?

Simply let me know and I’ll put your coaching plan “on hold” and stop any monthly payments. I’ll even save a spot for you in my coaching roster for when you return.

How do I choose between upfront or monthly payments?

YouĀ save money over the full course of aĀ marathon campaignĀ by paying upfront, while monthly payments give you the opportunity to cancel before the next automatic renewal.
